Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns

• As each piece is handmade and unique, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items caused during shipping.

• We do not accept returns for items due to minor variations in color, texture, or design, as these are natural features of handmade products.

2. Conditions for Refunds

• To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all accompanying documentation.

• Refunds will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned item.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made or personalized furniture.

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Any damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or external factors not related to the manufacturing process.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Clear photos of the damage.

• A description of the issue.

• Your order number.

• We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer:

• A replacement.

• A full refund.

Return Process

This table is a custom-made product ("goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised") as defined under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

According to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and equivalent national implementations of Article 16(c) across the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to such bespoke items.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
